Use and limitations

Updated October 9, 2026. OFA Private Backups is a founder-operated recovery tool, not a publicly offered backup subscription, customer portal or client messaging service. This page does not activate service, accept payment or require a visitor to accept a contract.

Authorized operation only

Only authorized OFA operators may connect the owner's account, configure the job or perform recovery. Do not connect other people's accounts or store information without authority. This public site provides information only and has no account or credential-entry form.

Current scope

The implemented one-shot flow snapshots the inquiry database and operating ledgers, encrypts them, uploads to the intended private Drive destination and verifies downloaded ciphertext. Local isolated recovery has passed. Automated scheduling is not enabled; resource feasibility, durable authorization and independent missed-backup monitoring require acceptance first.

Recovery responsibilities

Keep encrypted backups and the encrypted recovery package safe, with independent copies and the password held separately. Losing the necessary files/password can prevent recovery. Revoked credentials, provider outages, quotas, resource limits and operational errors can interrupt backup creation. A successful test does not guarantee every future backup or complete protection against loss. Verify recovery before relying on a copy; do not restore over live records without review and authorization.

Separate service arrangements

These pages do not quote pricing, promise revenue or approve client onboarding, automated texting or carrier compliance. Any client service requires its own agreed scope, authorizations and delivery acceptance. Applicable rights are not waived by this information page.
